Opening Hours

You Buy XXX is open 24/7 for your convenience.

All email enquiries will be answered Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm (excluding major public holidays).

All emails will be answered within one business day.


Refunds/Returns and Purchases


A tax invoice is issued with all purchases and will be emailed to the customer.


We do not offer returns of non-faulty goods due to the nature of the goods.

We give you 14 Days from receipt of good to contact us re exchange if the goods are faulty.

The goods need to be returned to us for testing. Once they have been identified as faulty we will re-send a new item for you. 

We will send to you a return postage label for return of the faulty goods.

If they are deamed as not faulty, we will charge you postage for return of the item. 

Please make sure the item you test it yourself with new batteries prior to sending it back to us. Thankyou.

Freight charges on return items

Customer is liable for freight charges on return of purchase.

You Buy XXX return address will be provided on the initial tax invoice issued with purchase.


Out of Stock Policy

We endeavour to always have every item listed in stock. However, occasionally (but rarely), due to high demand, short supply or human error, we may be temporarily out of stock of an item listed.

In this case, you will be notified and given the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund, or alternatively, wait for the item to arrive in stock (typically 3-14 days).

Website Security

All purchases you make on You Buy XXX are through a secured server with Bendigo Bank (Bendigo and Adelaide Bank).

Payment is made by secure pay and credit/debit card details are not retained by You Buy XXX.
