All of our products are shipped directly from an external warehouse, which means we do not have a showroom available for inspection of our products before purchase.
We offer 14 Days from receipt of goods for you to contact us re exchange if your item is faulty. The goods need to be returned to us for testing. Once they have been identified as faulty we will re-send a new item for you. due to the nature of the goods & health reasons we dont offer refund.
